The majority of these portfolio pieces was made during my MSc in Computer Games and Entertainment at Goldsmiths University in London. The master was a one-year long course with a deep dive into game development. From production to business, from Design Documents to C++, we took a broad look at the game industry. I entered the course in the Academic Year 2012-2013, landing an internship at Supermassive Games at the end.
The last piece in this list is actually my dissertation work that I did for my BSc in Computer Science in Florence (Italy).
This was a group project (2 people). We implemented a 3D planet generator based on Perlin Noise.
This is the group course project that involved everyone in the class of the MSc at Goldsmiths.
In this project I implemented a simple model of L-System based on the work of Lindenmayer. Reading from configuration files is possible to generate different types of trees and shapes.
A Box2D physics demo, play your Maracas!
My first game!
The project is a simple game in which the player must move a square through the maze in order to reach the goal at the end of the Labyrinth.
My final thesis in for Bachelor in Computer Science. An implementation of Marching Cubes to approximate isosurfaces such as cubes and spheres.
