Gold Engine

This is the group course project that involve all the class of the MSc at Goldsmiths.

The aim of the project is to provide a working game engine in order to create a Demo level of a game also developed and created by ourselves.

I’m working mostly on the implementation of a sound subsystem utilizing the FMOD library, exposing its C++ function to LUA script. In this way it will be possible to load, play and place 3D sounds around the environment without using C++, doing everything from the script.

Here you can find the wiki page of our engine and all the details implemented until now by me and my class.

The video shows the first level of the demo, created with Unity 3D by the design team.
